Tim Thompson Custom Homes is now Hickman Homes, Continuing the Tim Thompson Tradition.  Mark Hickman, Vice President of Tim Thompson Custom Homes (TTCH) since 1998 and now President of Hickman Homes is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Management.  Mark purchased the company from Tim in 1998 and since then they have worked in close collaboration at TTCH on a number of new construction and remodeling projects in Hinsdale, nearby Western suburbs and Chicago.  In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mark’s role keeps him in direct daily contact with each project and customer.  Tim continues his design role and adds his unique, sophisticated vision to Hickman Home’s new home and remodeling projects.

Some of the many homeowner benefits you will receive:

• Upon move in or project completion, we will remove our protective runners and plastic that may be around your new or remodeled home. 
• We will also lower any light fixtures, which have been tied out of the way of your movers.  Secondly, we will do paint touch-ups, should your movers scuff the walls during moving.
• We will happily take care of any warrantee item that may occur.
• Any work that is performed at your home will be done with our representative there.  This assures that the job will be done right and with minimum hassle.
• At your request, our Home Maintenance Department will also take care of any maintenance your home may need. Estimates are always provided in advance for your approval.
• We will perform any additional remodeling or alterations that you desire, with the same care, quality and craftsmanship with which we built or remodeled your house. 
• All selections made during the construction or remodeling of your home will be kept on file  to ensure future service requests are handled promptly and accurately
