our experienced and award winning, Design Department
is available to support and administrate your
selection process. We believe the best quality of
design is created in a joint effort of Architect,
Builder, and Design Consultant. This fusion makes
it possible to pick up details that are often
overlooked.
The Design team will listen to you
and turn your needs, desires, and budget into a home
you will enjoy for years to come. Different
families have different housing needs, and no one
knows what fits your family better than you. That
is why we have made the selection process at Hickman
Homes so easy and flexible. You choose the
amenities that best suit your needs, desires, and
budget. We make them work. At Hickman Homes, Inc.
we want to make your building experience relaxed and
enjoyable. Our Design Consultant makes this dream
come true for you in many ways.
All your selections can be made at
your convenience right in our design studio. Many
of our customers never find it necessary to go
elsewhere to find what they need. We have an
extensive collection of amenities, including wall
coverings, floor coverings, custom door hardware,
and custom moldings, along with a vast library of
resources right here in our office. Any questions
that you have will be answered by someone who is a
part of the design and construction of your home.
Our Designer visits your new home or remodeling
project regularly to insure that construction is
proceeding as per your selections, and to maintain
design integrity in your home. When we are done,
the attention given to detail insures that the
marble goes with the tile, goes with the fixtures,
goes with the door hardware and so on. Our Designer
will communicate with you weekly to update you on
the progress of your home, and inform you of any
selections you need to make |
